Do I need to create an account for myself and/or my child?

No, parents do not need to create an account for their children or themselves. Once individual school signed up with VO'SRI, parent accounts will be created and maintained by your school. Therefore, after your school sends out the VO'SRI login instruction, you now can login by clicking on "Parent Login" from the right hand corner of the home page using your primary parent email address.

How do I get my password or reset my password?

For parents: click on "Parent Login", there is a "Forgot Password" link in the Parent Login area of the homepage, below the "Sign in" button.
Click on this link and then enter your primary email address that was used when you registered your child with your school.
You will then receive an email which provides instructions with a "Reset your password" button to prompt you to create a new password.

How do I pick up my child/ren?

Student E-cards (QR codes) are scanned through your car window while you are in the carline or Parent/Walk-in Pickup. Log in "Parent VO'SRI" to download it. A copy of your QR codes can be saved to your phone or printed out for easy access.
