"We have used the VO’SRI dismissal software since October 2018. It was adopted to ensure the safety of students at dismissal. Along with that major benefit, this software brings other advantages. Tardy students are immediately clocked into school with a time stamp. Students who leave early are also recorded with a time stamp. Students who leave and return are recorded. It is possible to monitor attendance at extra-curricular activities. The software is extremely user friendly and support is excellent. Suggestions for modifications are not only accepted, but quickly incorporated into the software. The system provides numerous reports that have been helpful in providing attendance records for state funded programs as well as other attendance reports. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, additional features have been incorporated that will allow our school to reopen safely. A parental self-check-in feature has been added which will allow the school to maintain limited contact with others. This dismissal software has allowed our school to function more efficiently and more safely."
